22atm Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and 22atm ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the 22atm website, mobile application and any services offered under the 22atm brand.

22atm operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform for adult users. Access to and use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. These documents should be read together.

22atm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on 22atm you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete registration information, and agree to these Terms. 22atm may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point during your account lifetime.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 22atm. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth and a valid contact method during registration. False information may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• 22atm reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason.
• Account registration is for personal use only. Accounts registered for commercial, automated or third-party use are not permitted.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 22atm are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank.

• All deposit and withdrawal methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment sources are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the Deposit section of the platform and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• 22atm may request identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard verification step and not an indication of any issue with your account.
• Funds deposited using bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before withdrawal is permitted.
• 22atm does not charge deposit fees but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4 Sports Betting Rules

The 22atm sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and Pakistan domestic cricket), football and esports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds being available at the moment the bet is placed — if odds change between selection and confirmation, the updated price is shown before you confirm.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a cash-out option is available and the market remains open.
• Match results are settled based on the official result from the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, etc.).
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or declared void before the minimum number of overs or minutes required for settlement, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for each sport are detailed in the sportsbook FAQ.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds of 100/1 offered on a heavy favourite due to a data feed error) are not valid and any bets placed on such odds may be voided at 22atm's discretion.
• Accumulator bets settle based on the combined result of all selections. A single voided leg in an accumulator reduces the number of legs — it does not void the entire bet.
• 22atm reserves the right to limit or restrict betting markets for individual accounts in cases of suspected abuse.

5 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available in the 22atm Game Lobby are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe and others. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for slot and table games, and by live dealer outcomes for Evolution tables. 22atm does not influence game outcomes in any way.

• Each game has its own rules, paytable and RTP information accessible from the game's information panel before launch.
• In the event of a game disconnection during play, 22atm's system records the last confirmed game state. On reconnection, the game resumes from that state. If the round was complete at the point of disconnection, the result stands.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault disrupts a game round, the affected round is voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Live casino minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table tile in the Game Lobby. Stake limits are set by the game provider and may vary by table.
• Crash game results (including Aviator) are governed by the respective provider's provably fair algorithm. Historical round results are visible in the game interface.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

22atm may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other time-limited offers to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money balance is used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for single use per eligible account, household address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse.
• 22atm reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms or void bonus-funded winnings if abuse or multi-accounting is detected.
• Free bets are credited as a specific bet token, not as cash. Winnings from free bets are real money and subject to the wagering requirements of the specific offer.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.

7 Responsible Gaming

22atm is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We encourage all users to set a budget before playing and to treat gaming as leisure rather than a financial strategy.

• Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum PKR amount that can be deposited within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders notify you when you have been playing for a period you define in advance. These can be set from your account settings.
• Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account for a defined period or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen summaries of how long you have been playing and your net result for the session — are available in the account settings.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

22atm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account and withhold funds under investigation in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Multiple accounts are registered by the same individual or household.
• There is evidence of collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or use of stolen payment details.
• Failure to complete required identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that have not been used in breach of these Terms will be returned to the original payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

9 Privacy & Data

22atm collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring and platform improvement. 22atm does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform.

10 Changes to These Terms

22atm may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
